Ralph Lear wins photo contest "Top of Frankfurt"
"It's about the love for our city," said Lord Mayor Peter Feldmann (SPD) yesterday evening at the award ceremony for the photo contest "Top of Frankfurt". Here are the ten winning photos.
Over 300 people gathered yesterday evening in the Trianon to find out who won the photo contest at the Trianon-Forum of the Mainzer Landstraße. The contest was organized by Journal Frankfurt and the Trianon in cooperation with the city of Frankfurt.
Lord Mayor Peter Feldmann recalled in his laudation the fascination of Frankfurt's skyline, which is unique in Europe, and which he himself observes with pleasure again and again. Also at yesterday's skyscraper photo session, the three prize winners of the photo contest — with photographer Ulrich Mattner, who was also part of the jury — took a photo tour.
The main prize, an overnight stay in the Skyline Suite of the Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer, went to Ralph Lear.
